Beef pasta recipe
This homestyle beef ragu pasta recipe is quick, easy, and so comforting! You’ll love how the flavors of garlic, onion, Italian herbs, and parmesan blend together to enrich this luscious meat and tomato sauce. We recommend using a large pasta shape to make the dish chunkier: penne, rigatoni, shells, etc…
How to make beef pasta
This ground beef pasta with no cream is very easy to make. We cook pasta and the meat sauce separately, then toss the pasta into the sauce at the very end. Cook onion, garlic, and aromatic before adding the meat, then the marinara sauce. Stir in the parmesan, adjust the seasoning, and add the cooked and drained pasta. Reheat for a couple of minutes to thicken the beef pasta sauce then serve.
