Yard House Tofu Garlic Noodles

If you’d rather leave the seafood out of it, a block of firm tofu can do quite nicely. When chopped into bite-sized chunks and cooked with the spices and sauce in this recipe, the tofu takes on the flavors of the recipe for a tasty, meaty dish everyone will love.

One of the best parts of substituting tofu for the seafood in this recipe is that it will save you a whole lot of time.

Keto Yard House Lobster Garlic Noodles

For those on the keto diet, lobster and shrimp happen to be very keto-friendly! However, as you are likely aware, noodles are persona non grata.

In order to adapt this recipe to meet your dietary needs, you’ll need keto-friendly noodles.

In order to make keto-friendly noodles, you will need full-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, xantham gum, and large egg yolk.

Vegan Yard House Garlic Noodles

Can You Prepare This Recipe Ahead of Time?

Unfortunately, this is not the best recipe to prepare in advance. Both lobster and shrimp are known to not reheat very well. In fact, they can often give off a rubbery texture that is quite unpleasant.

Can It Be Frozen and Stored for Future Use?

If you’d like to freeze this dish for future use, lobster and shrimp dishes can be frozen for up to 3 months without losing flavor.

Once you’re ready to use it, it is recommended that you reheat it in a skillet rather than the microwave.

Other Tips and Tricks

We can’t all afford to throw down on a bunch of lobsters. If that’s the case in your situation, imitation crabmeat works just fine!

Not only is it made of real fish, but it also adds a great boost of protein and is easy to prepare.
